Federasi Hoki Es Indonesia (FHEI) operates with a well-defined structure that allows for efficient decision-making, coordination, and growth. Our organisation is driven by a dedicated team of professionals, volunteers, and committee members who work tirelessly to bring ice hockey to every corner of Indonesia.
Provides leadership, sets the strategic direction, and represents the association at national and international levels.
Assists the President in executing the association's vision, oversees key projects, and steps in as acting President when required. The Vice President role also serves as Chief Integrity Officer which oversees the organisation specifically on antidoping, competition manipulation, abuse & harassment & ethics
Manages the overall administration of the association, including membership services, record-keeping, and internal communications.
Supports the General Secretary with administrative duties, handling specifically in legal and compliance with organisational, government & international federation policies and public communication.
Oversees the national team program, including talent identification, player development, and international competition preparation. Works closely with coaches to implement training programs and enhance team performance.
Manages tournaments, leagues, and promotions to grow the sport’s visibility.
