RECRUITING
The objective of Indonesia’s Coaching Development Program is to provide persons interested in becoming a coach and local coaches with training, guidance, examples, knowledge, best principles and practice sessions to become a successful coach.
The Coaching Development Program includes:
- Practice structure, timing & drills
- Team & individual player development
- Game preparation, strategy & situations
- Motivating & mentoring players on and off the ice
- Coaching Youth Hockey (Learn to Play)
- Assisting Head Coach with National Team practices, games & tournaments
- Assessment & Certification
- IIHF International Coaching Symposiums & Seminars
